uh welcome Sean
thanks great to be here
okay well
let’s just start out with the fact that you have
obvious extensive experience in franchising
now you’re the president of True Blue Home Service Ally
can you share a little bit about True Blue
and what makes this a unique franchise opportunity
yeah so um
true blue is unique in the sense that we’re
categorized as a handyman
but we’re far from just a handyman
we really are focusing on helping um
seniors age in place and um when you look at seniors
in the senior industry there are a lot of options
when it comes to helping the individual age in
in home but what
the challenges they’re facing is the home itself
and the home environment
and that’s where True Blue comes in
we
we really kind of focus on helping seniors age in place
by providing basic services
from home maintenance to senior modifications
but also ongoing subscription maintenance plans
because that’s where there’s a void
when aging in place for a lot of these seniors
cause again I said that they can get care
but the caregivers aren’t designed
or able to take care of the home environment
and so that’s what we’re kind of makes us unique
but because of our higher standards that we have
for working in the senior space
it resonates with regular homeowners as well
so we get a lot of traditional handyman type work
because of the fact of uh
those high standards that we have in place
as it relates to seniors
that makes complete sense
I I really love presenting this brand
for a list of reasons
that I’m sure we will cover on this podcast
but one of them is just the vision
I like talking to you about
the vision you have for this brand
that 5 to 10 year outlook partnerships
relationships that you’re trying to build
please share that with our listeners
yeah so before I go into where we’re going I
I think a little bit
of history about like where the brand
and why kind of that’s there is that I
you know I talked about
I come from franchising in the senior industry
and when we were in the senior industry we
we recognized that the home environment was um
needed help so
the senior industry was
like struggling to help people in the home
and so I went looking when I was in senior care
I went looking for a true blue
because we knew it was impacting our revenue
by losing clients cause if the
the our
our clients would tell us listen
you’re doing a great job taking care of my mom or dad
but we can’t keep up with the home anymore or worse
they fell they’re in the hospital
so I went looking for a solution for that
and there was nothing around
and so fast forward to about five years ago
uh I stumbled onto True Blue and um
you know
really have a great appreciation for it because I
too had to deal with um
losing my mom to cancer
also lost my father in law to a fall
he actually got up in the middle of the night
65 years old
fell down the steps
broke his neck became quadriplegic
and then
eventually passed away from those complications
so I have a great appreciation
for the challenges that families face and um
in what we can do better as a society as to help
and the community to help this aging population now
you look at the fact
of what has changed over the last several years
post covid right
we’ve covid
pointed out a lot of challenges for aging in place
for seniors
and one of the things I think was discovered
that not only do seniors want to age at home
it’s much more affordable and it’s healthier
so not only from a physical but a mental standpoint
so you’re seeing the swing
of how to help seniors age in place
because we’re gonna have to
there are not enough nursing homes
whether it’s private or state run
um every
the all these Medicare
Medicare Advantage programs
are focusing on aging in place
the medical community healing in place right
so you look at somebody who goes in for surgery
um major heart surgery
like 5 10 years ago
you were in the hospital for weeks
now they’re sending you home same day and
these they’re going home but their
their homes are not equipped for necessarily healing
so the industry is scrambling
and they’re looking for solutions to that
now there’s a lot of great equipment and senior
modifications
um monitoring systems
but the challenge of the home environment self
being safe well maintained is still a huge problem
and that’s where it’s exciting for True Blue
is that I believe
that a lot of our services
are going to be subsidized in the future
because the states healthcare
Medicare Medicare Advantage
um long term disability insurance companies
they’re going to put money towards helping people age
recover in place
and they’re gonna need solutions to that
because the home environment is where it’s all
you know with
or where it all starts and we
we say it’s
true blue is like aging in place starts with the home
and you gotta make sure the home is in a
a safe environment to heal and age in place
and so that’s what’s exciting for us
cause we’re starting to see that
happen some of the states like California
Texas are setting aside
a tremendous amount of money to help people
age in place and um
they’re having a hard time finding people willing
we’re qualified to do that work
and obviously true blue
we’re really focused on it and um
look forward to
being able to participate in those programs
I love that you guys are kind of
getting ahead of the curve
and being ready to meet that demand
when it gets here um
are you
is there any licensing requirement
or any certifications that need to happen to
kind of make you stand out from the rest
at this time or maybe down the road
yeah I mean one of the things that we do
we do require our owners to get their caps
certification
which is Certified Aging in Place Specialist
and that’s through the National Home Owners Association
or uh
National Home Owners Association um
Home Builders Association sorry
and it’s a it’s a recognized certification
now from a consumer standpoint
most people don’t know what that is
but people in the medical community
or especially senior industry community
they know it and then um that
that that’s part of our higher standards
that we’re not just saying oh
we do we’re a handyman that does senior modifications
we wanna make sure that our owners are trained
certified and continue to get those um
credits and
and stand up to speed on that so that we’re more
than just a handyman business or maintenance company
that we’re really focused on education
and providing great services to the community
yeah and you were even saying
when you’re in the senior care space
that you were looking for something to do
something like this
to help keep your clients in the home
instead of kind of forcing them out of the home
because the home wasn’t being maintained
are you talking to other senior care groups to say hey
we’re here let us yeah
you keep yeah
we
yeah we do
we do
we have some great relationships with some senior care
franchises actually
so um
Comfort Keepers and and right at home
they’ve been really great
strategic alignment type partners
so we can help their owners
keep people in their homes longer
so yeah we’re trying to
it’s just create the awareness that’s out there that
that we can collectively work together
to help people age in place successfully
and in and in all honesty
this is where the purpose piece comes in for me
is that our seniors deserve it
they deserve
the ability to live out the rest of their lives
where they wanna be and that’s in their home
and unfortunately a lot of these um
seniors are in nursing homes
that are not great environments and they don’t
I wanna be there and it’s just something I feel like
I feel very proud of that we can contribute to make um
what our seniors deserve
and that’s the ability to age in place
I love that you’re building these uh
referral relationships
where everybody’s kind of servicing the same client
but in a different category to fully support them
so I really love what truly is doing there
um yeah
when Pam and I are working with clients
a lot of times
they come to us wanting what they see on the street
right like food concept
fitness concepts brick and mortar
and our job is to try to educate them
obviously that those are great concepts
but there’s so much more out there
that you just don’t necessarily
see while you’re driving down the road
specifically home improvement
which is kind of the category that you guys are in
you’re in this space what um
you know what
what makes it so attractive
why would people want to move into this space versus
say for it
well I can tell you why
I think home services is very exciting
and generally speaking um
there there’s multiple reasons
No. 1 it’s typically a lower investment because you’re
there’s no brick and mortar investment aspect to it
so I’ve been in brick and mortar concepts um
which make it you know
significantly more expensive to an initial investment
right so you’re get
you’re getting build outs
or you’re getting leases and those type of things
and then your overhead
your monthly overhead is significantly more
because you’re in brick and mortar
retail locations
so a lot of the home service brands are run
a lot of our owners launch in their homes
so there is very little um
overhead expense on a monthly basis
it’s a very scalable business industry
um go back to brick and mortar
if you own a restaurant
and you wanna double your revenue
odds are you gotta open up another location
which more than doubles your costs and expenses
and so forth
whereas in service brands typically like ours
um home based you can expand and have very little um
capital infusion to expand
it’s a very scalable
so you can scale your business up without those
large expenditures
so from someone looking at an opportunity that is um
low investment
low overhead it minimizes risk
and so therefore
it’s a great business opportunity for those
now the last thing I’ll say too is for someone like me
um who started their own business
one thing I was always concerned about was competition
um someone had more money could spend more um
but I always knew that I could bet on myself
and I like the ability to bet on myself
and in brick and mortar
one of the concepts I was I was in
we had to really be near a good anchor
so we needed that visibility
and so you sign a lease
and all of a sudden that anchor leaves that strip mall
and now you’re in a bad location
you know significant
part of your success is now impacted by
external forces
and that always made me a little nervous
whereas in home service concepts
it’s about you and developing your team
and there really isn’t a lot of external forces
impacting your business
and so you’re betting your on yourself more
and so someone who has that uh
you know capability to build teams
grow and have energy and excitement
it’s a great concept a great industry
now the one thing that you mentioned too
cause I think it’s very common is that people look at
concepts are familiar with or like
and I will tell you this like
I was in the wireless industry
and I’ve had a lot of people would come in and say I
I really want to open up this location
the store cause I love technology
I love playing with cell phones and that type of stuff
and I would say well
the business is selling the phones
so they’re really at the end of the day
just part numbers and skews
and you’re selling boxes
and you’re not really playing with phones all day long
so you gotta love selling and retail and that aspect
and your your
what you are passionate about
has to be
what is important to run the business successful
so don’t fall in love with a brand
cause you love just the product um
you gotta be able to be
have bring passion to it to be successful
so I believe and in order to do that
you’ve got to have um your skill sets
aligned with what you’ll do on a on a regular basis
so I think a lot of people overlook concepts
that are perfect for them
because it’s not cool or they feel like it’s not the
the latest and greatest but you know what
I tell you what is cool building a successful business
regardless of what the services are
agreed
and actually it’s funny you should use the word uh
align with your skill set
because Sherry and I operate
underneath the methodology
that we’ve coined as align
and that is a an acronym and I fully agree with that
it’s not necessarily the widget
or the product or service
it’s all of the other hats that you need to wear
as a business owner
but that kind of leads into another question
who is buying True Blue
what are their backgrounds
yeah no
I it’s great segue into that
cause we’re talking about what to look for right um
like for us someone if you if you like
you can
around your home or doing maintenance around the homes
and and you like you were a handyman this is
not may not be right for you
because we need people who
are sales and marketing minded um
we don’t want our owners out there
working on the house and and hammering nails right
we want people who are networking
connecting with the medical community
with the senior industry um
and just non medical with Realtors so
so much of what our owners do is networking
marketing and building your teams and leading teams so
um this
that’s an example of like
don’t fall if you love the product
you know the our product is help
you know
doing things around the home maintenance and repairs
but our owners are not doing that
our owners are out there promoting their business
networking
connecting building teams and so that’s what um
a lot of our owners are coming in
come from that background
but we’re also seeing
a lot of people from the medical industry
coming in as franchisees so we
we have senior care operators that own
a senior care franchise and a true blue
so they they see the
synergies and connection and importance of it
but most recently over the last several months
we’ve had three the uh physicians independently
um by true blue
so they see it from a medical side of it too
so they they see this wave of what’s coming in
so we’ve got a really good diverse background of men
women who are buying true blues and they
some from medical some from just general business
uh
a world
so I think this is a really great opportunity if
if you are ready to you know
you’re in business
you’ve been in sales and marketing or whatever
and you’ve been building teams
you’ve been making other people
successful for a long time
it’s time to use that skill set for your own
you know your own purpose and your own business
and opportunity to grow something really
you know really cool
I like that I um
I think what also is unique about your business model
is it’s not just project based
which is very often what you think of
when you think of handyman concepts
could you please talk about your model
and specifically
the subscription component of the business model
yeah so we always talk about to our trainer owners and
and so forth and and so we want to be that ally
that’s why allies in our name
is that we just don’t want to come over and just
transactionally fix something and and
you know call us next time type of thing
so we really it’s about developing that relationship
so moving our
business from transactional to relationship building
and looking at that lifetime value of a customer
and there’s statistics out there that say um
the average homeowner spends
four to six thousand dollars a year
on home maintenance and repairs
and so with us we’re looking at how do we
you know try to get that business
and then on the long term side of it
so if we can establish a long
term relationship with a customer
that’s a significant amount of revenue
and one of the ways
that we want to do that is through our subscription
home maintenance plans
and so I always joke around and say
I want to be the Jiffy Lube to the home
what I mean by that is I like I was dry
I I got
I was growing up in the 90s
and so driving a car and so forth
I knew you’re supposed to put oil in a car
I didn’t know you’re supposed to change it
and then Jiffy Lube comes around and
you know tells you that you gotta get your oil changed
three months 3,000 miles
now everybody does it
and there’s nobody I know that doesn’t have a car
that they don’t get routine maintenance for
it’s everybody’s done it doing it well
your home is the same way
and your home is an actual asset
so
there’s things that need to be done on a regular basis
around your home to prevent major repairs
but very very
very few people do it um
and the reason why I believe
it’s because they don’t know what needs to be done
so having our maintenance packages
we can from a um
consumer standpoint help them prevent any major repairs
keep that maintenance going and their home
just like your car if you’re getting maintained
it’s gonna run better and so is your home
it’s just gonna
everything’s just gonna feel much better when it’s
well maintained um
but from a business perspective then we’re in
in the home on a regular basis and they’re giving
you know us permission to check in on them
if there’s anything they need to do
so from a from a uh
loyalty of a customer
and keeping them loyal to True Blue
we make it very easy for them
through our maintenance packages
and so the combination I think
from the consumer benefit to our franchisees
and the business model benefit
and we want to be able to lock those customers in
that they’re calling us
and it’s not that our owners don’t do a great job
and these customers don’t want to call us again
but life happens and we all do it
we have a great experience with a brand or a company
and then 3 4 months later
you’re asking your your wife like
what was the name of that company again
and you you
you know you lose it right
and so we that
that from a business standpoint
our subscription model I think is gonna help uh
lock people in and
and develop those long term relationships
so it’s less transactional
and more long term relationship type business model
yeah and as a business owner
having a little bit of that predictable uh
revenue stream is is nice as well
yeah we talk to our owners all the time
it’s like
our model is naturally reoccurring because they call
like we they have a great experience
they remember remember our name
our phone number whatever you know
we leave we do all the marketing so they
we make it try to make it easy for them
but life happens
and so all we’re really doing is we’re
we’re shifting it to recurring
which is scheduled and so it’s
our business naturally already does it
and we’re just making it so it’s more scheduled and um
which is gonna lead to more opportunities
but also like you mentioned too
is just having that sustained revenue
of a subscription model
and the consumers are preferring subscription services
it’s it’s everything I mean I get my car washed
I have a subscription for my car wash it’s like
it’s great pay monthly thing
you get washed as much as you want
so the consumer is like conditioned for it
I’ve got daughters in their 20s and I they
there’s I god knows how many subscriptions we have um
but as you can imagine
it’s just something the consumer is used to and
and actually prefers so
we’re kind of moving in our industry and our model
into what the consumer prefers not just
what we prefer follow you
another thing that you brought up
you were sharing a little bit about the backgrounds
of franchisees right
those that are buying true blue uh
sounds like many of them
might already have another business
or physicians
talk to us a little bit about uh
what you permit when it comes to being an operator
do you permit the semi involved
uh
talk to us a little bit about that
oh yeah absolutely
um we do have several owners that uh
are a kind of semi absentee keeping their day jobs that
that that does happen um
we just like it really
a lot of them are partnering with somebody
so you have somebody that’s gonna be focused
or it’s gonna be reliant on their general manager
that they hire so that’s that’s the thing is like
but we still want them somewhat the face of the brand
um because of the fact that you know
they’re going to be developing
a lot of the relationships
with these referral sources
and networking in the community
and they want to be reassured
that they’re working with
the owner
and someone who’s going to be there long term
versus employees so from that perspective
we want them to be visible as much as they possibly can
um and
and a part of the business
uh but we do have owners that I said
have multiple different types of investments and um
you know hire the right people
to manage the business and operate it accordingly
so it’s not a set it and forget it business
so this is not vending machines where you can just like
you know set it out and come back a month later
and count the money somebody has
somebody has to be um
working it right and I always say it’s like
it’s a people business our
our customers are people our employees are people
our referral sources are people
so you have to have someone who’s building teams
networking connecting
marketing the business um
and that’s that’s a
a huge I think it’s important for any business really
yeah we’re also talking about
the value of being a lower investment
obviously home based lower investment
lower overhead could you walk us through your item 7
the estimated initial investment
to get in this business yeah
so our our total investment
um item 7 is under 100,000
so um
there’s the franchise fee of 49 9 and the
the rest of it is um
the initial investment including working capital for um
was that 90 days so um
I said home based
you can get into this uh
relatively inexpensive
compared to other types of franchise concepts
um but it varies like some owners
it depends on what you do on that initial investment
we provide that flexibility
so we don’t require you to have wrap vehicles
out of the gate
and that’s what keeps the investments down
we prefer that you have wrap vehicles
and we prefer that eventually you get them
it is a value to to the
the business for sure
but we don’t require it out of the gate
and that’s what helps us
keep that initial investment down for our owners
um and
and so they can really focus there
allocate more money towards a marketing and
and driving um awareness
about their franchise their business
and their communities
to ramp it up as quickly as possible
and get to break even as quickly as possible
I’ve been in franchising a long time
like I said
and I’m very focused
on getting owners to break even as quickly as possible
because um
for those of you who are listening
and I’m sure what a break even is
is when you get to the point where your profit
equals your monthly expenses
so you’re not putting money into the business anymore
um and a
and the business itself is generating revenue
to pay your bills on a monthly basis
and when owners get to that
they seem to then get to profitability quicker
and they seem to be make
they make better business decisions
when you are making money versus when you’re not
and a lot of times when people aren’t profitable
they try to save their way to success
and that typically doesn’t happen so um
we try to keep our business model very
lean in the beginning
so we can focus on getting revenue up
profitability up as quickly as possible
and the fact that our investments relatively low
the overheads very low um
the employees on our model are cost of goods sold
so they’re a variable cost
so when they’re billable hours
so when they’re you know when they’re working
when you know we’re generating revenue
they’re they’re getting paid
on that billable hour type approach
so there’s not a lot of overhead
so you don’t need to do a lot to
to get to break even it
it it makes again
the reason why it’s um
a a less risky investment for many people
but it does require effort
cause the visible
I was talking about being visible in your community
you know we don’t have that brick and mortar
we don’t have that giant sign right
and you know
traditional marketing works okay for handyman business
but the senior component
it’s very network driven and referral driven
so you gotta be out there
working your community and networking
for sure yeah
um since we’re talking money um
in your franchise disclosure document
do you offer an Item 19
Financial Performance Representation
and if so what are you able to share for our listeners
yeah we
we do have an I’m 19 um
one thing I’ll lead with this beforehand
another thing I forgot to mention about
why I like home service a category um
is that you know
coming from say the restaurant industry
a lot of times the first month is the best month that
restaurant will ever see and the rest of the time
you’re just hanging on and trying to keep it
you know and it just’cause ’cause it’s new right
it’s like that new restaurant
everybody tries it
and then you’re just hanging on after that um
with our concepts or home service it’s like opposite
it’s it’s like a gradual growth and revenue that
as long as you’re taking care of your customers
is always gonna grow
so once you get to that critical mass
the business feeds itself
and so we see owners in our system that have been
doing this now for 10 years
and they still grow 20% a year
and so that’s the really cool thing to this is that um
time is on your side and the the longer you do this
even if you don’t promote
you still grow now we want you to promote
we always talk to our owners
you’re always promoting but
but that’s the thing that’s really cool about it
is that um
that customer base you know
you know how this works you get a great um
handyman
you’re gonna tell all your friends use this company
they do great work and it just goes
it just grows and the other thing too
the referral side of the business takes time
and so it’s a relationship
and so
a lot of times when you have a great referral source
they send you a little bit of business
and then and they that relationship builds
and then over time
it could be a tremendous referral source
but those don’t happen overnight
it because of that
it takes some time to even ramp up the business
in our item 19
we have owners that are doing $1.5 million in business
our top owner did 1.5 million in 2024
but most of our owners
are less than three or four years old
so they’re still moving up in revenues
if you look at us if you look at our item 19 ten years
I was joking around
if you look at our item 19 10 years from now
it’s gonna be amazing
not because it’s not a good business today
it’s just because
most of our system is new and launching
we’ve grown very rapidly the last two years
so a lot of our owners
are still just in that ramp up phase
so um don’t always count at another thing
I always tell people no
I don’t care what franchise you’re looking at
if someone says we do X amount in revenue
it’s really about profitability at the end of the day
so we’re a high margin business
so it’s a high margin business
low overhead usually leads to a good profit margin
and we have really good profit margins
we don’t put the profit margins in our item 19
but well you know
we do recommend candidates talk to our owners
and when they get in the validation stage
so they can share those um
profit profitability ratios and they’re
they’re really good yep
that makes perfect sense and by the way
I appreciate you giving the definition for break even
I I do think these terms
financial terms get thrown around a lot
and I think it’s helpful to have that
and I also am going to take your line Sean
saving your way to success doesn’t work
I like it not when you’re launching a business
it doesn’t hahaha
it sure doesn’t um
any additional thoughts that you would like to share
any questions I should
we’re asking that we haven’t for our listeners no
I think you guys asked a lot of great questions um
honestly I love
I love talking about small business and franchising um
you know people that you know
speaking to people that are looking at franchising
in general I think it’s
I think it’s the best avenue for launching a business
um I launched a business from scratch
and I can tell you that I will never do that again uh
I would launch a franchise from scratch
cause it’s not necessarily from scratch
but you know people don’t realize that
the lot of misconception in franchising is that um
you know you’re gonna
you’re gonna get me in business
and then after that I’m just paying fees right
and what I’ve Learned through
you know franchising is that
it’s a collection of best practices
it’s things that have worked over time so um
you’re gonna ramp up quicker
but the one misconception
I think people think is that
they think that whether they do it on their own
or they join a franchise
that the results are gonna be the same
and the only difference is gonna be that
you’re paying royalties and that’s not the case
like if you get here on your own
you’re gonna get here as a franchise concept
and so that variance far exceeds royalties
and I and what I love about franchising is
is that you’re not only do you not have to
figure out what to do
you’re already taught and trained on what to do
but then you’re coached on maximizing your business
that it’s someone to do it on their own
it’s gonna be really really hard
I used to joke around and say like
when I started my business
the only people who knew my market
my territory my industry
my vendors and customers were my competitors
and they’re not gonna share anything with me
being part of a franchise system
I think a lot of people forget
or they don’t look at the fact that the franchise
community is a huge value
it’s not just the franchisor
it’s other franchisees sharing best practices
you’re not alone
and that is a
a a I think a that provides peace of mind that if um
you’re thinking about starting a business and I don’t
I don’t know why you wouldn’t look at a franchise first
um and then versus trying to do it on your own
there’s just so many your success is just gonna
you know be much better on our franchise system yeah
no I could I could not agree with you more
and I have that conversation as well
the franchise community
it’s like two heads are better than one
that saying
and we’re dealing with a lot more than two heads
and there’s so much you have to
so many hats you have to wear in business ownership
so it’s so nice when you have somebody
who just comes up with some ideas
because they have some bandwidth to come up with it
and they naturally share it with the community
and then you can apply it to your business
and like you said
you just you scale so much faster as a result yeah
and the the other thing too is like
so as the leader of True Blue
I’m I’m working and thinking
three to five years down the road
and so I’m trying to develop
where’s the industry going
where where are our relationships
what vendors are gonna be important
um if you’re not part of a franchise system
you have to do that now you’re taking away
which most owners don’t do
is you’re taking away from you’re
you’re executing today like you’re
and so the franchise system
you focus on executing the
the business model today
and not have to worry about the future
because the
the franchise or is is focusing on that as well
and so it’s about execution and focus
and the more you focus on executing your business
I don’t care what it is
the better results you’re gonna get
and if you’re not having to
test and think and be strategic
most businesses don’t become strategic
and then all of a sudden marketing conditions change
and their business drastically change
so it’s just a there’s so many value
there’s so much value in franchising
that when people bring up
you know the why would you pay
royalties being a franchise system
I was like start a business
it’s
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had candidates
who started their own business and said the same thing
I did as like
I’m never doing that again
I’m gonna I’m gonna buy a franchise and I was like it
this is easy conversation
cause you get the value of franchising
great completely agree
we could go down this rabbit trail for a long time
come yes you’re there uh
it has been wonderful having you on the show
and thank you for so much uh
insight into franchising specifically True Blue
I do think it’s a great concept
uh Pam and I always like to wrap up our show with uh
asking our guest one final question
I’m gonna ask it to you uh
are there any
or if you could give one tip to budding entrepreneurs
what would it ooh uh
great question um
I would say my advice to you is um
always have your vision and goal in mind
because what happens is business is hard
life is hard right things happen
and owners
and that I’ve been in franchising a long time
owners who have a vision of where they wanna go
when they get a roadblock
it’s just that it’s just like oh
this was this was a bad event
I had to get around it but I’m back on track
I’m doing this so if you don’t have that vision
what happens is that that roadblock becomes your focus
and then the next roadblock
and then all of a sudden you’re just you
you get negative or burned out
and you’re focusing on the wrong things
and I’ve noticed that people who have their plan
their vision
it doesn’t have to be anything real business planning
it’s just like I wanna be here
and I’m going to here in the next two or three years
and they seem to overcome challenges
and brush them off and learn from them
much easier than the people who are just
letting things happen to themselves
and so that’s my advice is
regardless of it is like focus on that vision
have that North Star and if you
if you focus on that
you’ll get through the tough challenges or experiences
and you’ll come out much better
very well said no stinking thinking like the I mean
I was zig Ziglar right yeah
hahaha exactly
